Return and Refund Policy for Online Purchases
Anura Gold and Diamonds offers a 100% refund for domestic online orders if returned within the policy window, i.e., within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging with tags and the invoice. The refund is processed after the product is received and verified, and the timeline for the refund depends on the payment method (generally 7–15 working days).
Conditions and Procedure of Return and Refund
- Product Condition:Â The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and the invoice.
- Return Process: You must initiate the return process through the Anura Gold and Diamonds official website. A logistics partner will arrange for collection from your address. Customers are strongly advised to video record the entire process of packaging the return item and handing over to the courier agency, for future reference in case of any dispute.
- Verification:Â A quality check will be performed after the product is received. The refund is processed only after it passes this verification.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days of the product being received at our warehouse. The refund can be made via NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer) or cheque, depending on your choice:
- If you provide a cancelled cheque, it will be processed as an NEFT transfer within 7–15 working days.
- If no cheque is provided, a cheque will be mailed to your address and may take up to 30 working days.
- Legal Jurisdiction:Â Any disputes arising under this policy will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
Exceptions and Important Notes
- Exceptions:Â Products such as gold coins, engraved items, and personalised products are not eligible for a refund. These are final-sale items.
- International Orders/Returns:Â International delivery, return, or refund is not available under this policy.
